Got an absolutely gorgeous sunny morning for Bike To Work & School Day, an absolute blessing. The family and I pedaled from Fairhaven to Cascades Montessori Middle School near Lake Padden, taking the gorgeous Padden Gorge Trail, and then I continued on to work at WWU.

This annual sustainable transportation awareness day is an event that Bellingham embraces in a big way, with close to 30 Celebration Stations manned by volunteers all over town. I passed three on my extended commute.
